Built on quality
Every unit combines a robust structure with a warm, complete interior.
Insulation & comfort
Rock wool or PU foam up to 15 cm with aluminium foil, insulation value R 3.2. Warm in winter, cool in summer.
Tempered insulating glass
Double-walled Low-E glass (5+12+5 / 6+12A+6 mm) with 70-series aluminium doors and windows.
Smart home
Optional: electric curtains, 50 L boiler, air conditioning, smart lock and card-controlled power system.
Complete bathroom
Separate wet and dry zones, smart toilet, custom washbasin, mirror cabinet and bathroom heating.
Natural materials
Composite wooden floors, bamboo-crystal wall panels and WPC decking - durable and warm.
Flexible entrance
Choice of straight stairs, quarter-turn stairs or spiral staircase, plus an optional terrace.

Our units are designed to meet the requirements of the Dutch Buildings Decree (Bbl) - whether for residential use or short-stay accommodation.
Structural safety
Designed for a lifespan of at least 50 years, resistant to wind, snow, fire and load.
Energy-efficient
Insulation values for floor, facade and roof towards BENG, with Low-E glazing and low U-values.
Certified installations
Electrics to NEN 1010, water NEN 1006, drainage NEN 3215 and daylight to NEN 2057.
Fire safety
Smoke detectors, fire compartmentation and safe escape routes in line with new-build requirements.
